Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corp. (MMPC) recently launched its Repair Assistance Program in order to extend assistance to its valued customers with vehicles affected by the rage of recent heavy monsoon rains and typhoon Maring. The continuous downpour the previous week, have brought severe flooding in Metro Manila and other affected areas in Luzon. Because of this incident several properties were reportedly damaged including vehicles that were submerge to floods. Due to this unfortunate event it is expected that there will be a significant volume of vehicles requiring inspection and repairs across Metro Manila and other vastly affected areas in the country.
Under the Repair Assistance Program customers will be provided with 40% discount on all electronic control units’ (ECU) such as engine, transmission, SRS Airbags, Electronic Time and Alarm Control System, Audio and Alarm System. MMPC will also provide 35% on electrical parts, body and engine parts, and selected maintenance parts. Lastly, a 20% discount on labor charges will also be provided under this Repair Assistance Program.
MMPC is continuously monitoring the dealers to ensure that quality service and satisfaction will always be served to every customer. MMPC also assured that the dealers have been working in full force to assist flood affected customers.
