In order to extend satisfaction to its customers, Mitsubishi Motors Corporation (MMC) of Japan, Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation (MMPC), and its dealerships nationwide collaborate to provide free inspection to customers whose vehicles are already out-of-warranty.
“The free inspection service caravan targets non-regular customers of Mitsubishi Motors to encourage them to patronize our products” said MMPC First Vice President for After Service Group, Mr. Kentaro Nakamura.
The free inspection is conducted by a team composed of MMC Japanese service engineers, and MMPC and dealer service technicians. The inspection covers checking of the vehicle’s operation condition, illumination, fluids, engine compartment, wheels and tires, and under chassis.
According to Mr. Nakamura, the inspection of Japanese engineers will not only benefit the customers but will also serve as a venue to train and transfer technical know-how to service technicians in dealerships.
“We are committed to continuously improve not only the skills of our service technicians but also the service processing in our dealerships to ensure satisfaction of Mitsubishi vehicle owners.”
This free inspection caravan will run until December 2017. Below is the schedule of the service caravan to different dealerships for the month of May.
