    Responsibilities:

    • Monitors and maintains fixed asset system including its disposal and acquisition
    • Conducts and coordinates the preparation of Annual Physical Fixed Asset Inventory
    • To process request for payment of duties and taxes, advertising, IBT charges and other expenses from various departments

    Requirements:

    • Graduate of BS Accountancy

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepares, monitors and checks completeness of foreign invoices for registration

    • Ensures that all MMPC marketing programs and promotional campaigns are effectively carried out by dealers

    MARKETING PROJECTS STAFF (1)

    Responsibilities:

    • Performs planning and monitoring of Accessories and Rear Body development timeline
    • Coordinates with vendor on monitoring of supply, delivery and installation of accessories and recommend systems for improvement
    • Collects regular vendor reports and accomplish regular Section report related to installation and delivery of accessories and FB bodies
    • Assists in file organizing and other related activities by the section

    Requirements:

    MARKET PLANNING STAFF (2)

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepares regular Market Planning reports such as Price Index, Competitor Visit report, Market Penetration report and various market planning activities
    • Assists in preparation of competitive reports to MMPC management and reports in conjunction with the Product Planning Staff

    Requirements:

    • Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics or Management

    Responsibilities:

    • Carries out the product-related tasks/strategies of the company

    Responsibilities:

    PROCUREMENT ENGINEERING STAFF (1)

    Responsibilities:

    • Handles sourcing of capable and reliable vendors for the development and fabrication of automotive parts and other items for local content and export requirements
    • Renders technical assistance to vendors during development stage and actual production
    • Assures continuous supply of parts ordered

    Requirements:

    • Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering related course
    • With experience in Parts Localization / Development

    FIELD TECHNICAL STAFF (1)

    Responsibilities:

    • Conducts regular field visits to assigned dealership and attends to the following areas of concerns:
    • Product quality complaints, prolonged repairs, and hard to diagnose vehicle quality issues
    • Gathers timely and accurate product quality issues and report to MMPC QC (AQR), MMC/MMTh/CMC (PQR)
    • Monitors and follows-up progress of field fix/recall capture rate to ensure 90% to 100% completion
    • Conducts actual repair of customer vehicle with Product Quality problem at MMPC or dealer service center

    Requirements:

    • Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering course related preferably in Mechanical Engineering

  • CORPORATE MANAGEMENT DIVISION

    EMPLOYEE RELATIONS STAFF (1)

    Responsibilities:

    • Serves as a communication channel between Management (Administration Group) and Manufacturing Personnel (Supervisors / Rank-and-File) specifically on matters concerning company announcements, policies, procedures and other HR-related matters
    • Coordinates closely and assists the supervisors in matters pertaining to employee complaints, problems, queries, etc.

    Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities:

    PAINT MATERIAL ENGINEER (1)

    Responsibilities:

    • Spearheads paint development activities up to its total line introduction for body and plastic painting line
    • Ensures that the developed material is compliant to the set standards by monitoring operations regularly
    • Studies PT/ED line condition and ED paint quality result and recommends necessary improvements

    Requirements:

    • Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering
    • Preferably with at least 1 year experience in Automotive Paint

    PRODUCT STAFF (1)

    Responsibilities:

    • Monitors, consolidates and reports Production’s KPI and shops’ daily performances
    • Monitors Production’s budget and consumption

    QUALITY AUDIT STAFF (2)

    Responsibilities:

    • Performs and reports on quality audit of finished vehicle/s, work-in-process and line process of MMPC, CBUs and sub-contractors
    • Assists in the analysis of quality problems and coming up with countermeasures both on market feedback and on MMPC assembly line

    Requirements:

    • Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering or any course related to Automotive
    • With at least 2 years experience in QC Inspection or Production Line

    VEHICLE QUALITY CONTROL ENGINEER (8)

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinates with Team Coordinator / Work-in-Process in the implementation of Engineering Orders
    • Reviews engineering documents issued by Production Engineering Department, sets quality standards and prepares updated Kanbans related to quality
    • Designs, prepares and revises Vehicle Inspection Check Sheets for Quality Control Inspector’s use

    Requirements:

    Responsibilities:

    • Sets-up, plans and provides complete support requirements to Production by assessing Quality Control start-up operation, coordinates additional special assignment and supervises the 1st hour activities
    • Monitors work activities such as efficiency, delay, abnormalities, QC standards, standard time requirement (policy / cycle time on inspection) and work discipline
